This project is located on Binva stream which a tributary of Beas river. Construction of components for Binva-IV was started in June’2012 and was completed by the end of June’2013. Project was completed without any cost and time overrun. It was designed and executed in most cost effective and technically suitable manner.

i) Diversion Weir

ii) Feeder Channel
Dimensions-: Length- 42 mtr, Height -3 mtr, width- 2.2 mtr.
iii) De-silting tank
Dimensions-: Length- 51 mtr, Height- 10 mtr, width- 8 mtr.
iv) Open Water Conductor System
Dimensions-: Length- 680 mtr, Dia- 2 mtr.
v) Surge Shaft
Dimensions-: Height- 16.5 mtr, Dia- 10 mtr.
vi) Penstock
Dimensions-: Length- 750 mtr, Dia- 1.8 mtr.
vii) Surface Power house
Dimensions-: Length -24 mtr , Width- 12 mtr.
viii) Transmission Line
Dimensions-: 33 KV single circuit line of approx 3.8 km length
